Metformin's page: tablets left and reorder settings, then how it has changed — 1,000 mg daily since Sep 19, 850 mg before that, 500 mg before that — the two changes with who made them and why
Today: the week strip, a line from the record about ramipril's change and the visit to raise it at, the next visit with Dr. Maya Chen, and the day's medications
Everything, in order: the record as one list by day — a summary made here, sleep, bloodwork added from Files, steps, check-ins and blood pressure, each reading saying where it came from

It remembers what you would otherwise have to.

  • Which medication changed, and when.
  • What was said last time.
  • What you meant to ask this time.
  • Where the specialist’s letter went.

Ramipril changed to 5 mg on Sep 19. Bring it up with Dr. Maya Chen on Friday.

Recorded by you

AlwaysMyCare keeps each of those as a dated record, with who recorded it, so nothing is lost between visits.

Four places, one record.

Today

What matters now: the dose that is due, the visit that is coming, and one line from your record.

My Health

Your medications as you take them, every change kept and dated; your readings with where each came from; the people and places in your care.

Insights

What you recorded beside what changed — blood pressure before and after a medication change.

Library

Your documents: scanned letters, lab results, receipts, and the summaries you sent.

Insights

It shows. It never concludes.

Insights puts what you recorded beside what changed. When there is too little to compare, it says so, and leaves the meaning to you and your clinician.

Blood pressure drawn beside ramipril's change from 2.5 to 5 mg, with the note that two readings since the change are too few to compare yet, and the change itself with who made it

Prepare

A summary for your visit.

Choose what to include, from what changed since last time to the questions you want to ask. Read it through, then send it the way you send anything else. Your record shows what you sent, and when.

Review, step 2 of 3: what the summary holds — the changes since the last visit, the questions to ask, the medications taken now and stopped, the doses recorded — before it is sent

Apple Health

Apple Health, if you allow it.

Read the measurements you choose — blood pressure, weight, sleep — and keep them with your story, each one saying where it came from. The app never writes to Health.

Measurements: blood pressure, sleep and steps, each with how many readings came from Apple Health, and weight and resting heart rate with nothing recorded yet

Reminders

Reminders that start off.

A dose reminder at the time you take it. A visit reminder the day before. A daily summary if you want one. Every one starts off, and every one is yours to turn off.

Notification settings with dose reminders, the daily summary and visit reminders all turned off

Yours, and only yours.

There is no account, no server of ours that receives your data, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it. The app’s only requests are for medication information, to public drug databases and to our content server for the weekly Canadian index, and none carries anything about you.
